We booked our move from Aberdeen to Portlethen in July for mid-September after living in Aberdeen for fifty years. Yes we are no spring chickens.

The ‘move in’ to my new house was carefully and thoughtfully conducted by Mr Allan and his team. My belongings were perfectly looked after-as I would have looked after them myself. Mr Allan and his team couldn’t do enough - carefully placing my furniture exactly where I wanted it taking time to ensure nothing scratched or marked my new walls etc., even dismantling furniture so that it fitted in smoothly.

From initial enquiry to completion of the move Economove provided a prompt professional service, quickly carrying out a survey of all that was to be relocated and providing an estimate of price soon after. They provided packing boxes several weeks before the move to allow me to do my own packing at my leisure. The crew were on time on the removal day and quickly but carefully loaded my possessions arriving at the new location soon after I got the keys. After unloading and locating my furniture there was no pressure to unpack and return the boxes before they left .The crew were friendly, helpful and efficient, this coupled with a reasonable price made the whole process stress free, I would definitely recommend Economove and would have no hesitation in using them again. Willie came to survey our last place until the empty boxes were picked up, it was a very professional and minimal hassle transaction, which is hugely appreciated. My 76 year old mum used Willie and his team to move from a large apartment in Aberdeen's West End to a smaller flat in Milltimber. The service was fantastic from start to finish. From my initial enquiry with Willie to my belongings going into storage for 3 months  and then being transported the length of the country (Scotland to North Somerset) the move was seamless. Communication was excellent and the team was extremely professional and courteous .
